KeyTec® TR-FRET pAb anti-Human IgG-Solar Tb

The KeyTec® TR-FRET Solar Tb1-conjugated Mouse anti-Human IgG antibody (Mouse pAb anti-Human IgG tag) is designed for use in TR-FRET assay development. Taking a protein-protein interaction detection model as an example: when the interaction between Human IgG Antibody A and Biotinylated Protein B needs to be detected, the KeyTec® TR-FRET Solar Tb1-conjugated anti-Human IgG tag antibody and KeyTec® TR-FRET LA*2-conjugated Streptavidin are brought into proximity due to the protein-protein interaction. Upon excitation by an external light source, energy resonance transfer (FRET) occurs between the donor and acceptor, and specific signals can be read at 665 nm or 520 nm. The intensity of this specific signal is proportional to the extent of the protein-protein interaction. This type of assay model can be used for screening inhibitors or blockers (compounds, antibodies, etc.) of protein-protein interactions.
