Overview

KeyTec® CDK1/CycA2, N-GST/N-GST;C-His recombinant protein was co-expressed recombinant human CDK1 with N-terminal GST tag, CycA2 protein with N-terminal GST tag and C- terminal 8x His tag. Recombinant human CDK1/CycA2 protein was purified by GST affinity and followed by SEC chromatography. The CDK1/CycA2 protein showed high activity in ADP-Glo assay.
