KeyTec® CDK9/Cyclin K, N-GST/N-Flag;C-His recombinant protein was co-expressed recombinant human CDK9 with N-terminal GST tag, Cyclin K with N-terminal Flag tag and C-terminal 6xHis tag. The complex was purified by Ni-NTA affinity chromatography. The CDK9/Cyclin K protein showed high activity in ADP-Glo assay.
