KeyTec® TR-FRET mAb anti-HA -Bright Tb

The KeyTec® TR-FRET Bright Tb1-conjugated mouse monoclonal anti-HA tag antibody (Mouse mAb anti-HA tag) can be used for constructing TR-FRET assay systems. Taking a protein–protein interaction (PPI) detection model as an example, when assessing the interaction between an HA-tagged protein A and a His-tagged protein B, the KeyTec® TR-FRET Bright Tb1-conjugated anti-HA antibody and the KeyTec® TR-FRET Acceptor*2-conjugated anti-His antibody are brought into proximity due to the protein interaction. Upon excitation by an external light source, the donor enables energy resonance transfer (FRET) to the acceptor, generating specific signals measured at either 665 nm or 520 nm. The intensity of these signals is directly proportional to the degree of protein–protein interaction. Such models are suitable for screening inhibitors or blockers (compounds, antibodies, etc.) of protein–protein interactions.
