KeyTec® TR-FRET Total STAT6 Kit can be used to measure the expression level of intracellular STAT6 total protein in cell lysates. This kit is a sandwich immunoassay developed using KeyTec® TR‑FRET technology, featuring simple and rapid operation, high specificity, high sensitivity, and good reproducibility.
The basic principle of this method is illustrated in the figure below: a pair of specific antibodies are separately conjugated to the fluorescence energy donor Solar Eu and the fluorescence energy acceptor LA. When the two antibodies bind to distinct epitopes of the STAT6 protein, energy resonance transfer occurs between the donor and acceptor upon excitation by an external light source. The expression level of STAT6 total protein is determined by measuring the signal intensity at a specific wavelength (665 nm).
